02 How does a private consultation begin?

The first conversation is an opportunity to understand your vision, preferences, timing and intended investment. It can take place in Monaco or remotely. From there, the most appropriate stones, design direction and next steps are presented privately and without pressure.

03 Can you work with clients outside Monaco?

Yes. Projects can be managed internationally through private video consultations, detailed stone and design presentations, and regular updates. Collection and delivery arrangements are discussed individually, with security and discretion treated as essential throughout the process.

04 Can you source rare coloured diamonds and gemstones?

Yes. Natural diamonds and coloured gemstones are sourced individually through an international network. This may include exceptional blue, pink and red diamonds, as well as sapphires, rubies, emeralds and other rare stones selected for beauty, character, provenance and suitability for the project.

05 Are important diamonds and gemstones independently certified?

Important diamonds and gemstones are presented with recognised laboratory documentation whenever applicable. Certification, origin, treatment information and relevant provenance are reviewed as part of the selection process so that each client can make an informed decision.

06 How long does a bespoke jewellery commission take?

Timing depends on the rarity of the stone, the complexity of the design and the level of handcraft involved. A realistic schedule is established after the initial consultation. For a proposal, anniversary or other fixed date, beginning early allows the widest range of possibilities.

07 Is it possible to arrange a private appointment in Monaco?

Yes. Private appointments can be arranged at the Monaco showroom by advance request. The setting allows stones, jewellery and design ideas to be considered calmly and discreetly, with the presentation prepared around the purpose of your visit.

08 What is the best way to begin a project?

You may begin by WhatsApp or email, or use the dedicated proposal questionnaire when planning an engagement. A brief introduction is enough: the occasion, preferred timing and any initial ideas will help shape the first private conversation.
